I must admit that I want my relations with girls to change and to evolve, but I also cling to the way they are.
Not completely, no! But yet there are certain aspects that I don’t want to change. My relation with this girl. My vision of what I can find or not in other girls…
And if I’m not ready to let certain things in my life go, nothing can really move. The problem is the value I put on those things. And as I decided that this relation is more important than any other, then nothing better can appear in my life…
That decision alone closes all other doors!
Can you see that? It’s easier when it’s not our own story, so try to use my own to realize the absurdity of this situation.
If you come back on this post, you’ll understand better why it is really easy to change. And why the only real problem is that we don’t really want to change!
That’s a perfect example. So as you can guess, my resolution is now to let better things be a possibility, and focus on that!
I’ll let you know how all that evolves! For now I meet more and more nice girls who I have fun with (thanks to salsa dance!). I always focus on getting to the next level in creating better and deeper relations.
That’s why I realize I am still the main opponent to this new story, and that I have to be more attentive!
