Change is easy, but you must understand how

Action is key when you want to change anything in your life.

But most of the time we don’t really know what we could do for a quick change. Say you’re feeling down. Sometimes we realize we should take massive action in order to change our vision of ourself, of our life.

Action is simply a way to behave that reflects a mindset, a character, a system of beliefs. Just stand up straight, take a deep breath. That’s an action! And believe it or not it has a lot of effect in the moment. You want that effect to last? Do it again… and again! Nothing prevents you from doing that.

If you’re not doing it, you’re doing the opposite. That’s also an action that reflects a mindset, a belief system, a way to perceive and describe who you are and what your life is.

We’re always acting!

Another great way to act, in order to change right away, especially our feelings, is to talk. Talk outloud if you can, and state that you have fully control of your life (not of what’s happening around you, but more within you). State that you are perfectly ok, and that you choose a great life for yourself, right now!

All those simple actions are actually not easy to take. The vast majority of the time you just don’t want to take them! There are just totally opposed to what you are feeling right now, and they would destroy your feelings almost instantly. And for some reason we want to keep our emotions, sadness, feeling of difficulty, feeling of injustice…

If we are bitter about something in our life, or someone, we don’t want those negative emotions to leave us. That would mean that we don’t really have reasons to be bitter…

Think about it a little. You are bitter because you’ve been hurt one way or another. So you are resentful about the “bad” situation, or the “bad” person. That’s why you feel so depressed. Because of this or that. There is a reason why you are feeling this way, and you are resentful towards something external to you. Now if you could be joyous right now, that would simply mean that nobody nor nothing really harmed you. So there is no really “bad” situation or person towards which you can be resentful. And most of the time we are simply not ok with this conclusion…

So we have to feel hurt and powerless! There’s no other way.

Now at least do you know that there are simple actions that can change everything right now. You can also realize that we are always acting in one direction or another. By our physical attitude for example. All the time!

That’s a choice. And we’re making this choice every second.

I know that changing that is something that apppears as very difficult. We have to think and say to ourself: “Ok, nobody has any power over me, and no matter how unfair things or people may be, I’m still in charge and can get an exciting life full of fun if I choose so!”.

But in the same time… look, what did you say?!! You can get an exciting life full of fun no matter what? You are the only one in control of that? How great that is, no?!! I envy you actually 😉

Yes, if you’re ready and willing to let the unfair people and situations be what they are, you can now turn wherever you want to be and get the life you want. Now that you see the other side of the “unfair situation”, you realize you still have your fair share, and much more!!!

So make the real choice there is to make. Take those little, simple, easy actions that change everything right away. State who you are. Take a deep breath. Do it again… and let the tensions and negative emotions be what they are, because now do you know that they are useless and are just trying to divert you from your exciting life… if you choose so!
