Become your ideal YOU

Most of the time, what we want to change in our life consists of removing what we don’t like or what we don’t want.

As I always state it, it is impossible to not go somewhere. You can only go somewhere. For the same reason, it is generally impossible to remove something from our life. We can only take something else.

And we spend our whole days behaving in a way that indicates we take this or that. We consider we have many possibilities or we consider we are stuck. And we make this kind of choice again and again during the day, by behaving accordingly.

If we really want to change anything at all, the whole process consists to know more and more precisely what we want . So it’s obvious that we must know more and more precisely who we want to be.

  • How we want to behave
  • What we want to look like
  • What we want to feel
  • What we want to believe
  • What we want to think
  • How we want to react
  • How we want to perceive ourself
  • etc…

But have you ever questionned yourself about all that?

I think we are all very hypocrite about who we want to be. And I’m the first to not choose who I want to be and to complain about what I didn’t want to look like.

In any situation of your life you would like to improve, just ask yourself what would your ideal you be. How would he behave, what would he think, why, etc…

If you are really interesting in improving your life, that will inevitably become a habit very quickly.

And the more you focus (think…) on what you want, the more things move in this direction. Pretty easily in fact!

So now: be your ideal YOU!
