The antidote to the emotions from the past

In my quest to get rid of my feelings of dependency on a girl, I have moments of strong bad emotions.

The emotions where you quickly feel desperate, remembering past good experiences you seem to have lost…

Anyway, the question is not to dwell on those stories. Quite the opposite in fact!

Those moments are meant to come back regularly until they have no more effects. And that’s exactly where you act and change all those things!

The quicker, the more often, and with the more energy you’re going to act, the quicker you’ll reach a total new world where you’ll be happy again.

Actually you’ll be much more happy, because all that teaches you who you are and how to control your life!

At this moment, whatever form it takes, the only option is to focus on what you want!

Obviously that doesn’t mean trying to come back in the past! But to move on and to build something even better than before!

And I really insist on that: something better! That’s the only thing that can really get you enthusiastic! So by any means, focus on new possibilities that you love!

Visualisation is good! Sometimes it is not very easy, especially to feel the good emotions of our scenario. At this moment it can be extremely useful to describe with words what’s happening. What are the feelings I choose, the intensity. Words have a real power too!

Everything you focus on develops! That how we work.

So your work, at the moment you feel negative emotions coming, is to choose the scenario on which you want to focus.
