Very often we believe there is nothing to do but to live with difficult things in our life. We can feel deep emotions that stifles us and it is very difficult to live with.
But we can completely alter what’s happening. No matter what reasons cause these difficulties.
Change your story
Look at the problem and find the opposite, the end result you want to see in place of this problem. Now describe this situation as precisely as possible, and write it!
The more emotions you put in the new situation, the better. Of course they will be positive emotions that will create enthusiasm and so on.
Read that description several times everyday. The more the better.
The idea is to feel the emotions arise while you’re reading your new situation, as when you are captivated by a story. Once again, the more you can feel this story, the better.
Your mind is going to get accustomed to this new scenario. And as it is living it through the positive emotions it triggers, the negative reality will fade away. Both scenarios are opposed. When you are experiencing one, wether it comes from your story or from what’s happening around you, the other can’t exist simultaneously in your mind.
And as you know it: what your mind focuses on develops!
Not only your emotions will instantly change, just because your mind is totally absorbed in experiencing your story. But your mind is also going to direct everything towards the realization of this story.
Emotions change your reality
Let’s say your mind is more focused on the positive emotions of your story than on any negative emotions from any kind of reality, those trend will, and must, completely affect your reality.
There is no other way possible, and you have totally control on where you want your mind to focus on.
For that you just have to take a pen, and write what you want to “see” in your mind. Then immerse yourself in it as often as possible for several days, until the scenario just becomes part of your life for your mind and your memory!
Emotions are the key-force that will develop everything.
