The problem is what we think it is

I always say that understanding correctly a problem is 80% of the solution. And it is very true when it comes to our mind!

The dilemma with what happens in our head is that it is our head which tries to solve the problems, but it is also the head which establishes what are the problems.

And what happens in our head is totally subjective. Which means that our truths depend only of things that come from our head: beliefs, memories, perceptions…

So the problems we have are problems because our head says so. But if our head says it is not a problem, because of different beliefs, interpretations, perceptions, then the problem doesn’t exist anymore.

As I pointed out about resentment, it can be a good or a bad thing, depending on the level of perception we have. The experience can be a real gift of life itself, or a ticket for hell!

In the end, we realize that our problems are problems only if we decide so. We are the only ones who keep a set of precise and personal rules to determine how we must interpret everything.

And I notice that our rules are not only completely subjective, but are the problem by itself!

So I suggest we stop trying to solve unsolvable problems, but we start to reconsider seriously and intensely the set of rules that determines what is the problem.
