Now that I decided to stop looking for love in a single person, I’m starting another life!
As I’ve already exposed, in order to look for a solution in a single person, we must turn off the light and forget all other persons and reasons for love all around us.
So the opposite is also true! If you want to get out of the slavery of depending on the love of one person, all you have to do is to open up to others.
And that’s where I’m going right now!
For that I focus on two things.
1- I remind myself regularly that we are all connected, one way or another, and that there is nothing special to do to experience this link. It is just the normal way, and we all want to feel connected one to the others.
I also use visualization to help me fix firmly this notion within me.
2- I keep at all time in my mind a new image of myself, a new role: I am warm with every person I meet! Obviously that changes radically my perception of the world. Not only I become active and I am the one who chooses in what mindset I live, but I also experiment new kind of relations with everyone.
There again I use visualization to transform my self-image!
All that rests on a single realization: what I value most is sharing love!
