Words are a powerful tool

Words have an impact on you. And a real one!

This is what I suggest you try, especially when you feel your negative emotions are a little overwhelming.

Find the best word, or even the best phrase that describes the state in which you want to be now (not later). For exemple :

  • I deserve love and I feel loved
  • I feel proud of myself
  • I am full of vitality and I feel joy
  • I am connected with a lot of friendly persons

Don’t try to see how true or not those words are, just give them to your brain as if you were feeding it. Let them enter your brain, but not in order to force something to become true. Just let these nice words be heard by yourself.

Now repeat them aloud 20 times and just stay focused on each word.

During this minute or so, your brain is only focused on this idea. Just feel the change. Not only in your mind, but also in your body…

What you focus on becomes your reality. Words are a tool to focus your attention where you decide to.

Play with it.

Life is subjectively decided by what is happening in our head. You have now a way to decide what is happening in hereĀ  ; )
